At BeCoolInfluencer, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and consulting services. Since our products are intangible and instantly accessible, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all customers.

Digital Products (E-books, Online Courses, and Educational Materials)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once an e-book, course, or downloadable material has been accessed.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased content, please contact our support team at info@becoolinfluencer.com, and we will ensure you receive your materials.
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

Consulting Services (1:1 Coaching, Strategy Sessions, and Audits)

Once a consulting session has been scheduled, it cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please notify us at info@becoolinfluencer.com, and we will work with you to find a new available time.
In case of any technical issues preventing the session from taking place, we will ensure you receive a full reschedule at no additional cost.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you believe you qualify for a refund due to special circumstances, please contact our support team at info@becoolinfluencer.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your request.
